VNU and Hanyang University (Korea) sign cooperation agreement
On November 17, 2017, VNU President Nguyễn Kim Sơn had a working session with Hanyang University (Korea) delegation led by President Young Moo Lee.

At the meeting, President Nguyễn Kim Sơn and President Young Moo Lee signed an MoU on cooperation between VNU and Hanyang University.

According to the MoU, VNU and Hanyang University agree to promote cooperation in the following areas: joint research; exchange of faculty, research personnel and students; co-organizing conferences, seminars and workshops; exchange of academic and research materials, publications, etc.

Highly appreciating the cooperation and support from Hanyang University to VNU affiliates, VNU President Nguyễn Kim Sơn believed that the signing of the MoU on cooperation between VNU, Vietnam’s leading university; and Hanyang University, Korea’s leading university, was an important milestone, not only enhancing and expanding training and research collaboration activities between the two universities but also contributing to the educational and cultural exchanges between the two nations.

Expressing his pleasure and honour to cooperate with VNU, Hanyang University President said that besides the cooperation activities named in the MoU, the two sides still had many opportunities for cooperation in other areas, especially in natural, social sciences, humanities and linguistics research activities. He believed that Hanyang University and VNU would have many joint research and training projects, creating new academic and resonance values ​​for both sides in the coming years.
