11. Summary of the new findings of the thesis:

11.1. The thesis has developed the concept of "political speeches" and "Vietnamese political speeches";

11.2. The thesis established four groups of address expressions common words marked personal power and authority to perform the conative function of Vietnamese political speeches.

11.3. Thesis was to identify and analyze the advantages of the three participating groups argued in performing the impact of Vietnamese political speeches including single argument, complex reasoning; arguments co-direction, argued against explicit instruction and argument, the argument implies. The use of arguments depending on the level of awareness of the audience, content and context problems communicating. Speech argument is sharp weapon to convince the listener;

11.4. The thesis also pointed out the contribution of metaphorical rhetoric and political speeches repeat the Vietnamese as the impact on listeners to enhance the aesthetic value, the value of expression, the value of information for political speeches Vietnamese and create a personal touch for politicians.

11.5. The thesis gave a few suggestions to the author of the Vietnamese political speeches in the selection and use of terms of address, argued, means and measures so that health practitioners from a strong impact most speech to recipients.    

12. Practical applicability, if any:

The thesis is a study of linguistics, not study political science or communications. However, the research results of the thesis can contribute to building the theoretical basis for some courses at Journalism at Academy of Journalism and communication, such as: "Public speaking",  "Political Communication skills", "Communication and negotiation in international relations", "Management and leadership skills", ... The results of the thesis also be references to politicians or those whose job requires public speaking; for those who are interested in political speeches. 

13. Further research directions, if any:

The research results of the thesis might suggest some content for future research projects. To learn the power is realized in political speeches can survey the modality or speech arts. Should take an interest in operators and logical connectives in political discourse Vietnamese. Political speech has a major role in political life should be outside the research function in the form of discursive effects write longer need to conduct research in the form of discursive said to be able to assess the impact on recipients. To have a look comparisons, reference should conduct Vietnamese political speeches with political speeches of other languages in the world.
