11. Summary of new findings of the thesis:

* Theoretically

Improve and clarify the theoretical issues of housing market development policy in the new context. In order to develop the housing market, state policies not only have to create the necessary conditions, overcome the disabilities and guide the development of this market, but it is important to ensure harmony the interests of the market players.

* Practically

Using the theory of housing market development policy to analyze the real situation of housing market development policy in Viet Nam. Since then, the thesis evaluates the development policy of the housing market in Viet Nam, pointing out the advantages, constraints and issues for the development policy of the housing market in Viet Nam.

The dissertation analyzes the domestic and international contexts affecting the housing market and the housing market development policy in Viet Nam. The thesis gives the viewpoints and solutions to improve the housing market development policy in Viet Nam in the coming time.

12. Applicability in practice:

The dissertation can be used as a reference for agencies and units involved in housing market development policy, valuable reference in teaching and research.

The research results of the thesis can be used to perfect the development policy of the housing market in Viet Nam in the future.

13. Further research directions

In the coming time, PhD Candidate expects to continue some other research directions such as housing development policy in some localities; policies related to the informal housing market; Negative restriction in land allocation for enterprises dealing in residential real estate.
