VNU’s Board of Presidents and all staff, officials and employees of VNU’s Administration attended the flag-salute ceremony and respectfully offered incense, expressing their infinite gratitude and deep respect to President Ho Chi Minh on the occasion of his 133rd birth anniversary.

On the occasion of the 133rd birthday anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh, May 19, 2023, all staff, officials and employees of VNU’s Administration attended the flag-salute ceremony and respectfully offered incense, expressing their infinite gratitude and deep respect to President Ho Chi Minh. Then, VNU’s Board of Presidents and staff conducted a flower-offering ceremony in front of the statue of Prime Minister Vo Van Kiet, who signed Decree No. 97/CP on the establishment of VNU and chose the site at the end of Thang Long Boulevard in Thach That, Hanoi - the intersection, connecting the centre of Hanoi Capital and Hoa Lac, for the construction of VNU.

VNU’s Board of Presidents and all staff, officials and employees of VNU’s Administration conducted a flower-offering ceremony in front of the statue of Prime Minister Vo Van Kiet, presented to VNU by the Provincial Party Committee and People's Committee of Vinh Long - the hometown of Prime Minister Vo Van Kiet, on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the Government's promulgation of the Decree on the establishment of VNU (1993 - 2023).

The above-named activity is also to celebrate the one-year anniversary of the relocation of VNU’s headquarters from 144 Xuan Thuy, Cau Giay, Hanoi to Hoa Lac. That has been a year with a lot of determination and effort by VNU’s Board of Presidents, leaders of the functional departments and all VNU’s staff, officials and employees. Up to now, the entire operation of VNU headquarters has been stable and orderly, continuing to be the driving force that encourages its members and affiliated units to swiftly build necessary structures for bringing all their working, teaching and studying activities to Hoa Lac to soon realize the goals set in the Resolution of the 6th Congress of VNU Party Committee.

The first year of VNU’s operation in Hoa Lac has been a satisfying year with a lot of emotion and significant milestones. The attention and direction of the leaders of the Party and the State, together with a quality network of domestic and international cooperation, as well as the determination of the whole VNU team have helped steadily realize the goal of building and developing VNU town, which is the foundation for VNU to implement its Development Strategy up to 2030, with a vision to 2045.
