On the morning of April 18, 2023, the VNU University of Law held a cooperation agreement signing ceremony between the VNU University of Law and Vietthink Law firm.

Speaking at the Ceremony, Dr. Lawyer. Le Dinh Vinh congratulated the University of Law on officially becoming a member university of VNU. "Vietthink is extremely proud to be one of the first partners to sign the cooperation agreement with the VNU University of Law. The University of Law has always been the leading law training institution in the country with a pioneering and liberal philosophy.". He added, “Due to subjective as well as objective reasons, the two sides' cooperation activities in the previous period have been interrupted, so in this time, I hope that the two sides will make every effort to complete the goals of the Agreement, prompting practical benefits to both organizations, learners and society”.

On behalf of the VNU-UL, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Thi Que Anh said: "Vietthink is an organization that has a close relationship with the University of Law". The Rector emphasized that there are numerous similarities between the two sides, particularly in terms of liberalism and innovation. In addition to offering legal counsel, Vietthink Law Firm has kept up with emerging legal issues and participated in funding legal education. She also highly appreciated Mr. Le Dinh Vinh's enthusiasm for legal training and research activities in Vietnam. Finally, the Rector extended her thanks to Vietthink Law Firm for always caring and supporting the University of Law in various activities, especially training, research, and learner support.

After the speech, the leaders of the two organizations signed the cooperation agreement, marking a new step in the comprehensive cooperation relationship between the two sides.

The cooperation agreement between the VNU University of Law and Vietthink Law Firm will include the following main contents:

- The two sides cooperate in the field of scientific research by coordinating to carry out research projects in legal studies and organizing seminars and workshops on Vietnamese and international policies and laws;

- Vietthink regularly assigns lawyers and experts to support training activities and cooperates with the University in developing and completing training programs;

- The two Parties cooperate in developing and compiling textbooks, documents, and learning materials for training in various disciplines, especially international law and international commercial law;

- Vietthink receives students, postgraduates, and doctoral students of the University to learn and practice at the Firm's headquarters and offices;

- Every year, Vietthink considers and grants scholarships to VNU-UL's students, postgraduates, and doctoral students with outstanding academic achievements;

- The VNU-UL introduced high-qualified human resources for Vietthink to consider recruiting and collaborating;

- The two Parties regularly exchange and consult each other on theoretical and practical issues of policies and laws related to the scope of activities according to the functions and tasks of each Party.

- The two sides cooperate and support each other in communication and brand promotion activities.
