According to scientists at CEIAC 2022, in addition to the effects of epidemics and the shift of global supply chains, Asia will face two challenges in the future, such as population aging and growth rate. decrease in labor productivity. With the aging rate increasing faster than Europe and the United States, besides facing labor shortages, Asian countries will have to spend more on health and social security services. . These are the factors that will put great pressure on the budget and slow down the growth rate. It is forecasted that within the next 3 decades, this trend will reduce the economic growth of countries such as Asia by 0.5 - 1%.

Another concern is the slowdown in labor productivity growth, when the International Monetary Fund (IMF) believes that Asia is gradually not catching up with the high labor productivity of countries with high technology. the world's leading advanced technology, leading to the risk of a recession in economic growth.

Analyzing and assessing opportunities and challenges in the future and providing solutions for economic growth and sustainable development are necessary requirements of Asian countries today.
