11. Summary of the new findings of the thesis:

- About theoretical side: Clarifying a number of theoretical issues related to the development of bachelor's degree programs in English Linguistics at foreign language universities, approaching the quality standards set of AUN - QA. Proposing the core contents of developing bachelor's degree programs in English Linguistics at foreign language universities in Vietnam, approaching the quality standards of AUN - QA.

- About practical side: Assessing the current status of Training Programs and developing Bachelor's Degree Programs in English at Foreign Language Universities in Vietnam so far, giving some measures to develop Training Programs Bachelor of English Language at Vietnamese Universities of Foreign Languages, testing a measure to develop bachelor's degree programs in English at foreign language universities to approach the quality standards of AUN - QA to help universities have an overview of the building of the Bachelor's Degree Program in English, approaching the quality standards of AUN - QA, one of many important references today for Vietnamese universities.

Proposing 5 measures to develop bachelor's degree programs in English at foreign language universities to approach AUN - QA's quality standards, contributing to improving the quality of bachelor's degree training in English at universities. foreign language universities and universities with bachelor's degree programs in English Linguistics. The proposed measures are reasonable, confirming the urgency and feasibility when being applied to the development of bachelor's degree programs in English at foreign universities that approach AUN-QA's quality standards, as follows:

i) Measure 1: Analyze needs, determine output standards for bachelor's degree programs in English Linguistics at foreign universities to approach AUN - QA's quality standards in line with reality.

ii) Measure 2: Design and develop a Bachelor's Degree Training Program in English Linguistics to approach the quality standards set of AUN - QA.

iii) Measure 3: Develop a plan, organize the implementation of the bachelor's degree training program in English Linguistics at foreign universities to approach the quality standards set of AUN - QA.

iv) Measure 4: Selecting, building and fostering a team of editors and developers of English Linguistics  bachelor's curriculum with sufficient capacity, qualifications, experience and quality.

v) Measure 5: Strengthen inspection, supervision, evaluation and adjustment of bachelor's degree training programs in English at foreign universities to approach the quality standards set of AUN - QA.

During the research on the thesis , the postgraduate student tested the fourth measure. The initial test results confirmed the urgency, feasibility and effectiveness of this measure in developing bachelor's degree Training programs in English Linguistics  at foreign universities to approach AUN-QA's quality standards.

12. Practical applicability, if any:

Theoretical significance: The results of theoretical research of the thesis contribute to some additional issues about the development of training programs, the development of bachelor's degree training programs in English Linguistics at foreign language universities to approach the set of quality standards. of AUN-QA in the context of educational innovation and training in educational management science.

Practical significance: The research results of the thesis can be used as a reference for the management and development of the Training Program, the development of bachelor's degree training programs in English Linguistics at foreign language universities  and universities with foreign language training.

The measures proposed in the thesis could be applied in the practice of managing the development of the Training Program, developing the Bachelor's Degree training Program in English Linguistics at foreign language universities and universities with foreign language ​​training.
