11. Summary of the new findings of the thesis:

- Sketch the situation of religion in the Central Highlands during the French colonial period;

- Clarify the concept of regional religious policy;

- Analyze the content of religious policy by the Saigon government in the Central Highlands and its transformation through two phases 1954-1963 and 1964-1975.

- Analyze the reactions of religious groups, elites of the ethnic minority and the revolutionary forces toward religious policy of the Sai Gon government in the Central Highlands.

12. Practical Applicability:

The dissertation can be used as a reference material for the teaching of History of Vietnam and Religious Studies at VNUH as well as other research institutions.
