11. Summary of the new findings of the thesis:

 Firstly, the thesis has researched the overview of domestic and foreign authors on the topic of Forestry and Forestry Management in Vietnam, clarifying the contents and issues that have been of interest and research to the authors, which is management. State regulations on Lawyers and Lawyers, self-management of lawyers' organizations, difficulties in managing Lawyers and Lawyers, lawyer discipline, models of Lawyers and Lawyers management. Unmentioned issues that need to be further researched and resolved are the necessity and determination of the scope of state management of LS&HNLS; The principle of self-governance and the scope of management of the social-professional organization of lawyers, answers the questions about the theory and practice of law and legal practice management that are urgently being raised, requiring solutions to solve them. create a mechanism for the development of the legal profession in the new period of the country. That is to institutionalize and perfect the institution for managing Lawyers & Lawyers in Vietnam and building the principle of self-management of lawyers' organizations in Vietnam according to the rule of law and international standards.

Second, with scientific arguments, derived from the characteristics and practices of law and order management, the author has introduced and perfected legal science concepts about lawyers; practicing law; LS & HNLS management; management institutions for LS&HNLS, identify and build a theoretical framework for LS&HNLS management, including: management institutions, management content and management principles, the impact of laws in the legal state Vietnam's socialist rights, the impact of economic laws in the market economy, socialist orientation on forestry and human resource management activities to research and evaluate the content of the thesis topic. The author analyzed the 1990 Basic Principles on the role of lawyers of the United Nations as a basis for research and proposals. At the same time, the thesis has researched typical forestry and forestry management models in the world, based on analyzing the advantages and limitations of each model, clarifying the need for innovation and proposing a forestry management model LS& HNLS is suitable for Vietnam.

Third, the thesis summarizes and analyzes relatively comprehensively the current state of the law on LS&HNLS, the current status of implementing the law on LS&HNLS management in Vietnam during the country's innovation period, the thesis points out the following: achieved results, limitations and inadequacies in current LS & HNLS management activities and difficulties and problems in LS & HNLS management and at the same time pointing out the causes of difficulties and problems, inadequate.

Fourth, on the basis of answering the above theoretical and practical issues, the thesis has built a perspective on innovating lawyer management and law practice activities; perfect state management institutions and self-management institutions for lawyers and barristers in the direction of promoting self-management activities of lawyers' organizations, building lawyers' self-management regime into an independent principle and identifying it as a solution. Innovative solutions for the management of LS & HNLS in Vietnam, meeting the requirements of judicial reform and building the state of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam according to the principles of the rule of law. At the same time, the thesis proposes a number of specific viewpoints and solutions to contribute to perfecting institutions and laws on the management of LS&HNLS, meeting the needs of developing the legal profession in Vietnam and determining the right position. Legal intelligence and the correct role of lawyers in the judicial, administrative-judicial system so that Vietnamese lawyers can practice in a safe legal corridor and properly exercise their rights, obligations, responsibilities and roles mine.
