11. Summary of the new findings of the thesis:

Firstly, the thesis provides historical materials on the construction period, the protection of rearguard, the front line of Hai Phong Committee Party during the resistance war against the US from 1965 to 1975..

Secondly, the thesis re-establish objectively and scientifically the leadership of the Haiphong’s Committee Party of to carry out the tasks of the rear of 1965-1975; Drawing some historical experience illuminating the present.

Thirdly, the research results of the dissertation will be traditional educational materials for local youth; At the same time, is a reference material for the study, teaching Hai Phong history as well as related issues.

Finally, the experience gained can be applied to the construction and defense of the country in general and Hai Phong in particular.

The thesis after completion can be used as a reference material for the study of basic views on the cause of national construction and defense; Contributing important to educating the revolutionary tradition, fostering the ideal for the younger generation.
